Carpenters – Job Details


Job Description
You will be responsible for the construction, installation, repair, and maintenance of kitchens and bathrooms across refurbishment and maintenance projects, delivering high-quality finishes to specification.


Key Responsibilities

  • Carrying out kitchen and bathroom installations and repairs with a high level of skill and attention to detail
  • Ensuring all workmanship meets quality standards and project requirements
  • Working efficiently to meet tight project timescales and deadlines
  • Maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) and keeping work areas clean, tidy, and organised to minimise risk

  • Strong technical ability with a focus on quality workmanship
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work to fast-paced schedules
  • Excellent safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices


Qualifications & Experience

  • Valid CSCS card
  • Proven experience in kitchen and bathroom works


Rates & Working Hours
Rates will be discussed following application and are based on experience and quality of work. All roles are full-time, based across the West Midlands, working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when required.


Additional Requirements
All workers must hold the relevant CSCS card, along with Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Face Fit certification where applicable (Face Fit testing can be provided if required).
