General Labourer – Job Details
Job Description
As a General Labourer working on our refurbishment projects, you will support skilled trades by carrying out a variety of manual tasks essential to renovation works. The role includes site preparation, handling materials, basic demolition, waste removal or material reuse, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assisting tradespeople such as carpenters, painters, and plasterers
- Carrying out light demolition works, including removal of old fixtures, flooring, tiles, and drywall
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials and equipment around site
- Maintaining site cleanliness and following all health and safety procedures
Qualifications
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
Working Hours & Location
All roles are full-time, based across the West Midlands. Standard hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when required.
Additional Requirements
All workers must hold the relevant
CSCS card, along with
Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and
Face Fit certification where applicable (Face Fit testing can be provided if required).
Rates & Development
Rates will be discussed following application and are based on experience and ability.
