Multi Trader – Job Details
Job Description
As a Multi Trader working on our refurbishment and maintenance projects, you will be a skilled tradesperson capable of carrying out a variety of tasks across multiple trades. This role involves completing works to a high standard across residential and commercial sites, supporting full refurbishments, repairs, and planned works while maintaining a safe and professional site environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out multi-trade works including carpentry, basic plumbing, plastering, painting, and general building repairs
- Completing refurbishment and maintenance tasks to a high standard and within project timescales
- Installing, repairing, or replacing fixtures, fittings, and finishes
- Working independently or alongside other trades as required
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or in multiple trade disciplines
- Ability to work from drawings or job specifications
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Working Hours & Location
All roles are full-time, based across the West Midlands. Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when required.
Additional Requirements
- Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Face Fit certification where applicable
(Face Fit testing can be provided if required)
