Plasterers – Job Details
Job Description
As a Plasterer working on our refurbishment and maintenance projects, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering works across residential and commercial properties. This role involves preparing surfaces, applying finishes to walls and ceilings, and ensuring all work meets a high professional standard while maintaining a safe and tidy working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out plastering works including skimming, patch repairs, bonding, and float and set
- Preparing surfaces by cleaning, boarding, and applying bonding agents where required
- Repairing damaged walls and ceilings as part of refurbishment and maintenance projects
- Working alongside other trades to ensure smooth project delivery
- Ensuring all plastering work is completed to a high standard and within project timescales
- Following all health and safety procedures on site
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid CSCS card (essential)
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Ability to deliver high-quality finishes with attention to detail
- Experience working on refurbishment projects preferred
Working Hours & Location
All roles are full-time, based across the West Midlands. Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when required.
Additional Requirements
- Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Face Fit certification where applicable
(Face Fit testing can be provided if required)
