Tilers – Job Details
Job Description
You will be responsible for carrying out wall and floor tiling works across refurbishment and maintenance projects, delivering high-quality finishes in kitchens, bathrooms, and other internal and external areas.
Key Responsibilities
- Installing wall and floor tiles to a high standard, including ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone
- Preparing surfaces by levelling, waterproofing, and applying adhesives and grouts
- Ensuring all tiling work meets quality standards, specifications, and project requirements
- Working efficiently to meet tight project timescales and deadlines
- Maintaining full compliance with health and safety regulations
- Using appropriate PPE and keeping work areas clean, tidy, and well organised to reduce risk
Skills & Attributes
- Strong technical tiling skills with excellent attention to detail
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work within fast-paced refurbishment programmes
- High level of safety awareness and commitment to safe working practices
Qualifications & Experience
- Valid CSCS card
- Proven experience as a professional Tiler
Rates & Working Hours
Rates will be discussed following application and are based on experience and quality of work. All roles are full-time, based across the West Midlands, working 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with overtime available when required.
Additional Requirements
All workers must hold the appropriate CSCS card, along with Working at Height, Manual Handling, Asbestos Awareness, and Face Fit certification where applicable (Face Fit testing can be provided if required).
